For the record -- auctions ends TODAY!

Like any aging rocker, vinyl is making a comeback!

In the 1990s vinyl almost vanished altogether. In 2005 a mere $14m-worth of records were sold in America. But in 2019 record sales were over $500m and exceeded those of CDs for the first time since 1986.

Are we letting you in on a secret that so many already know – or are you in agreement with us.

Vinyl sounds better than MP3s ever could.

Sorry, friends. This one isn’t up for dispute. Most of the music is broadcast in some lossy format, where details are missed, and the overall quality is reduced. It happens because audio files get compressed to make them small enough to store thousands of them on the phone, and to stream online. Regardless whether you listen to music on a streaming service like Apple Music or prefer MP3s or even the radio, you can't get the full picture of that track. Vinyl is far more high-quality. No audio data is lost when pressing a record. It sounds just as great as the producer or band intended.

So today's you're lucky day! Today is the LAST day of our records and players auction. Build or expand your collection with records from your favorite artists, movie soundtracks, Disney songs, Broadway music, country or classical music, holiday songs, etc. We have albums from big stars like Frank Sinatra, The Beatles, Elvis Presley, Barbra Streisand, Stevie Wonder, Nat King Cole, Johnny Cash, Neil Diamond, Wayne Newton... and a lot more!

The auction has a soft close at 6:00pm MST. So what are you waiting for?!?
